Zucchini is a plant belonging to the Cucurbitaceae family, as well as watermelon, melon, cucumber and pumpkin. It still belongs to the genus of pumpkins and is usually harvested when it is still green.
It originated on the American continent, from Peru to the southern United States. It is an easily digestible fruit, rich in niacin, in addition to being a source of B vitamins and has low calories.

Ingredients
2 zucchini
3 tbsp Greek yogurt
1 tsp sweet pepper
1 tsp oregano
salt and pepper to taste
2 cloves of garlic
4 tbsp breadcrumbs
Directions
- Cut 2 zucchini into 2cm wide pieces and then in half;
- Add 3 tbsp Greek yogurt, 1 tsp sweet paprika, 1 tsp oregano, salt and pepper to taste;
- Add 2 cloves of garlic;
- Add 4 tbsp breadcrumbs;
- In the oven preheated at 360°F for 35 – 40 minutes;
