Ingredients

  • Batter
  • Refined Flour (Maida): 1 cup

  • Gram Flour (Besan): 3 tablespoons

  • Curd: 3 tablespoons

  • Water, as needed

  • Orange Food Colour, as needed

  • Sugar syrup
  • Sugar: 1 cup

  • Water: 1/2 cup

  • Few strands of Saffron

  • Orange Food Colour, as needed

  • Garnish
  • Almonds & Pistachios, chopped

Directions

  • Batter
  • In a bowl, add 1 cup refined flour;
  • Add 3 tablespoon gram flour;
  • Add 3 tablespoon curd;
  • Mix;mix
  • Add water;water
  • Add orange food colour;
  • Mix;
  • Now we’ve to keep it overnight for fermentation;
  • Sugar syrup
  • In a pan, add1/2 cup water;
  • Add 1 cup sugar;
  • Add orange food color;
  • Mix;mix
  • Fry the Batter;Fry batter
  • Add the Batter to a Sugar syrup;batter sugar syrup
  • Transfer to a plate;
  • Add safron;
  • Add Almonds & Pistachios, chopped;
