  • 2 1/2 tablespoons Maple syrup (40 g)

  • 2 1/2 tablespoons Sour cream (40 g)

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional, but highly recommend)

Directions

  • In a bowl, add 1 1/4 cups Oat flour (150 g);
  • Add 1 1/4 cups Oat flour (150 g);
  • Add 1 teaspoon baking powder (5 g);
  • Add 1 teaspoon cinnamon;
  • Whisk well;Whisk
  • In another bowl, add 1 large egg;
  • Add 1/3 cup Sugar (80 g);
  • Add 1/4 teaspoon salt;
  • Beat lightly;Beat lightly
  • Add 2 1/2 tablespoons Maple syrup (40 g);
  • Add 2 1/2 tablespoons Sour cream (40 g);
  • Add 1/4 cup Melted butter (50 g);
  • Stir;stir
  • Add flour mixture;
  • Stir just to combine;stir
  • Scoop the batter about 2 tablespoons;
  • Toll a balls (12);
  • Space balls 2 inches apart;
  • Flatten halfway;Flatten
  • Bake in a preheated 350F (175 C) oven for 20 to 25 minutes until the edges are lightly golden brown;
