  • 1(55g) Egg (weight including shell)

  • 130g Soft flour

  • 30g Cornstarch Powder

  • 2 Pinches of Salt

  • 40g(4tbsp) Sugar

  • 40g Melted unsalted butter (replace with vegetable oil)

  • 60ml Milk

  • 120ml Water

  • 6g(1tbsp) Baking powder

  • 1tsp Vanilla oil

Directions

  • In a bowl, add 1 Egg;
  • Then mix the eggs;
  • Add 130g Soft flour;
  • Add 30g Cornstarch powder;
  • Add 40g(4tbsp) Sugar;
  • Add 2 pinches of salt;
  • Add 6g (1tbsp) Baking powder;
  • Add 60ml Milk;
  • Add 120ml Water;
  • Add 40g Melted unsalted butter (vegetable oil may be used);
  • Add 1tsp Vanilla oil;
  • Mix all;mixed ingredients
  • Preheat the pan over medium heat;
  • Cooking oil the preheated pan;
  • Pour the dough;dough on pan
  • Fill it up to cover the square shape.
  • Close the lid.
  • Turn the dough over once before it hardens.
