Eggs Benedict is one of my favorite breakfasts of all time.
It’s so savory and flavorful, and there’s just something so comfort food delicious about it.
Today I’m going to show you how you can make it easily at home, so that you can enjoy eggs Benedict any day of the week.

Ingredients

  • BLENDER HOLLANDAISE SAUCE
  • 3 egg yolks

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1/4 teaspoon dijon mustard

  • 1/2 cup butter

  • EGGS BENEDICT
  • 4 slices Canadian bacon

  • 1 tablespoon butter

  • 2 English muffins

  • 4 eggs

  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar

  • salt and pepper, to taste

  • chopped parsley for garnish

Directions

  • BLENDER HOLLANDAISE SAUCE
  • In a blender, add 3 egg yolks;
  • Add 1 tablespoon lemon juice;
  • Add 1/4 teaspoon dijon mustard;
  • Blend;
  • Melt 1/2 cup butter in microwave;
  • Add in the blender running;melted butter to blender
  • EGGS BENEDICT
  • Melt the tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat;
  • Add 4 slices Canadian bacon;
  • You just want to give them a quick browning on each side, so flip them over and give them a kiss of brown on each side;canadian bacon
  • You want to crack your eggs into individual bowls, pour 1 tablespoon of white vinegar into the boiling water, and then you’re gonna take a spoon and make a nice swirly whirlpool, then you’re gonna take each egg and slide it carefully into the water.egg to water
  • The swirl from the whirlpool will help wrap the egg whites around the yolk, so give it a second before you add in your next egg.
  • Once you have your 4 eggs in, or however many you’re making, simply pop the lid on and we’re gonna turn off the heat and let this sit for 4 minutes.
  • While the eggs are cooking we just have one last thing to put together, and that’s to toast some English muffins.
  • So split them in half, pop them into a toaster.
  • Place down an English muffin half, top it with the Canadian bacon, slide on a poached egg, then I like to take a spoon and drizzle on some of that hollandaise sauce, season it with a little bit of salt and freshly cracked pepper, and then I like to finish it with just a little bit of freshly chopped parsley.
  • Your Eggs Benedict is ready!Eggs Benedict
