1 1/2 cups (180g) cake flour
1 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt

- In a pan, add 1/4 cup (56g) unsalted butter, cut into pieces;
- Add 1/2 cup (52g) light brown sugar, packed;
- Mix and let it meld;

- Add pineapple rings;
