Ingredients

  • 350g Salmon

  • 1 Medium Onion

  • 20g Butter

  • 1 Cup Cream

  • Salt and White pepper to taste

  • 250g Fresh pasta

  • Vegetable Oil

  • Parsley Garnish

Directions

  • Dice Onions;
  • Cut Salmon;
  • Drizzle oil on pan on medium heat;
  • Add Onions;
  • Add Butter;
  • Cook for 2 – 3 minutes;cooking onion
  • Add Salmon;
  • Add salt and white pepper;salmon and salt
  • Cook for 5 minutes;
  • Add cream and bring to a boil;cream boil
  • Allow to simmer for 3 minutes;
  • Cook pasta 3 minutes;cooking pasta
  • Add pasta and mix;
  • Ready!
