  • Cream
  • 1 can or can of condensed milk

  • 3 tablespoons corn starch (maizena)

  • 3 egg yolks (sifted)

  • 500ml of milk

  • 1 box of sour cream

  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence

  • 180 grams of champagne biscuit

  • Dessert Topping
  • 1 box of sour cream

  • 180g semisweet chocolate

  • Chocolate shavings, chocolate sprinkles or mini sighs to taste


  • In a pan off the heat add a can or box of condensed milk;
  • Add three spoons of cornstarch;
  • Add cornstarch soup;
  • Dissolve well;
  • Add 3 sieved egg yolks and mix;stir
  • Add 500 ml of milk;
  • Turn on medium heat and stir until it thickens;
  • Turn off the heat add a box of cream;
  • Add a tablespoon of vanilla essence;
  • Stir well;stir well
  • On a platter put a little of the cream and spread it well;
  • Add the champagne biscuit;champagne biscuit
  • Repeat this process until all the ingredients are finished;repeat
  • Light the fridge for 3 hours;
  • In a container melt 180 grams of semisweet chocolate every 30 seconds in the microwave;
  • Add a box the milk cream and mix well;mix
  • Pour over the pavé;
  • Spread well and take it to the fridge for another hour;
  • When serving decorate with chocolate shavings chocolate sprinkles or mini sighs;
