Flour – 5.3 oz (150g)
Lemon – 1pc
Milk – 15.2 fl oz (450ml)
- In a bowl, add 4 Eggs;
- Add Sugar – 4.6 oz (130g);
- Add sifted Flour – 5.3 oz (150g);
- Add lemon zest and juice;
- Add milk;
- Pour into a mold (do not use split molds, as the dough is very thin!);
- Bake for 1 hour at 340F (170C);
- Open the oven door and let cool for 15 minutes;
