  • 250g Bread flour

  • 8g Skim milk powder

  • 60g Water

  • 40g Milk

  • 1 egg

  • 5g Instant dry yeast

  • 5g Salt

  • 40g Sugar

  • 50g Butter

  • 100g Dried fruits pickled in rum or wine

  • Topping
  • Milk

  • Hail sugar

Directions

  • Dry fruit is dipped in rum or wine for an hour.
  • Mix ingredients.
  • Add butter and knead until smooth (while kneading the dough).
